From the beginning, the experience was a feeling of relaxation. We were treated with respect. The Administration area was clean and extremely professional looking.  Jackie, the intake person made us laugh and relaxed us even more. The lady that brought me over to the adult facility was pleasant and made me feel even more relaxed. When I saw my room I was surprised to have a room that gave me the privacy that I was looking for. It looked like a high scale motel.
